This week, this is a representative example of Wadiz spotting and correcting it before supporters run into each other.
CASE 01 Examples of Similar Investment Advisory Ads
Investment / Capital Markets Act / Non-Exposure
01 · Sensing
AI Monitoring
AI monitoring has caught a project that appears to provide investment judgment and stock analysis information to an unspecified number of people.
02 · Review
Operator Review
We reviewed whether the form of providing information to help make investment decisions is a similar investment advisory under the Capital Markets Act.
03 · Measures
Project Non-Exposure
We decided that it could be a violation and immediately unexposed the project before being exposed to supporters.
CASE 01 Detail Case
Although it advocated an analysis tool, the service structure was a similar investment advisory.
A project has proposed a service that provides stock analysis and investment judgment information to an unspecified number of people. Providing information equivalent to investment advice at a price may be a similar investment advisory under the Capital Markets Act, so it must meet legal standards such as authorization and reporting requirements. Wadiz found it as a monitoring before being exposed to supporters, determined it could be a violation and immediately unexposed the project.

02 · This week's major issues
This is an example of post-monitoring after project exposure.
"100 million per month at this rate?" — a case of advertising as if to guarantee profits
Confirmed content
Post-monitoring confirmed that a project promotes high profits such as "100 million won per month certification" and "500 million per year" and uses students' experiences in advertising, as if everyone could make the same profit. There was a small phrase at the bottom that said, "It's a personal experience and it doesn't guarantee revenue," but the entire ad gave the impression that it actually guaranteed revenue.
Confirmation & Action
Expressions that seem to define or guarantee specific profits may be false or exaggerated advertisements under the Marking and Advertising Act. Wadiz requested a correction to the maker for the expression, and completed the correction.

"X-friendly cooling?" — Use of expletives in advertising phrases
Confirmed content
Post-monitoring confirmed the use of the phrase "crazy cooling the moment it touches" in the project's advertising image. Although it is not a direct swear word, the expression "crazy" can be recognized as an expletive depending on the context, which could violate the standards for using swear words and expletives in the operating policy.
Confirmation & Action
Wadiz decided that it was an expression that could be unpleasant to supporters, so he requested that the phrase be modified to an expression other than an expletive such as "a strong cooling feeling at the moment it touches," and the maker completed the reflection.

Operational Complement Direction
Even after the project's exposure, Wadiz will continue to monitor advertising expressions through post-monitoring and correct them as soon as they find expressions that seem to make or guarantee profits and expletives and stimulating expressions that can offend supporters.
03 · Summary of this week's operations
This week was a week that looked at AI monitoring as well as reports received and supporters' opinions.
1
Current status of AI monitoring measures
We monitored 252 projects, 39 of which led to maker correction requests and 4 non-exposure measures.
2
We conducted follow-up monitoring and took action
Advertising expressions that seem to guarantee profits by putting high profits at the forefront were corrected by requesting correction, and advertising phrases that can be seen as profanity like "mad" were guided to be corrected with purified expressions to complete reflection.
3
I'll take a look at it next week, too
The next Transparency Report will be published on 13 July 2026. Wadiz will continue to disclose operational status and key action cases, and we will keep an environment where supporters can participate with confidence.
